A Study of HIRREM-SOP for Insomnia

What we are studying

The purpose of this study is to learn the effects of a noninvasive technology, called HIRREM-SOP, that uses auditory tones to improve brainwave balance, possibly helping to improve sleep issues.

Who is Eligible

  • All Genders
  • Races:
    • White
    • African American
    • Asian
    • American Indian or Alaska Native
    • Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander
    • Other
  • All Ethnicities
  • Ages 18+

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have trouble sleeping
  • Suffer from insomnia that is not caused by another medical condition
  • Not taking medications for sleep.

  • Informed Consent Review
  • Review of Medical History
  • Phone Calls and/or Emails
  • Study Visits and Consultations
  • Surveys/Questionnaires
  • Use of Study Treatments or Placebo

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed with the study team.
